Specialist PTD

Job Description:

*Prepare offers based on quantitative accounts

*Sends inquiries to Subcontractors and Partners

*Collects and analyzes offers from Subcontractors and Suppliers

*Communicates with Contractors/Clients

*Communicates with designers in order to clarify ambiguities and inaccuracies

*Updates competitive market prices, input materials, equipment and machinery

Job Responsibilities:

*Participates in the preparation and drafting of contracts and annexes for construction and preparation of offers.

*Researches all released information regarding upcoming tenders and/or requests for offers in the private construction sector and required documentation for participation.

*Participates in the development and completion of documentation when preparing offers and participating in tenders.

*Participates in the compilation of annual name lists of the construction sites performed by the company.

*Organizes the search, classification and storage of the necessary scientific and technical information documentation for the main subject of the company's activity.

*Reports the performance of the production activity and prepares the necessary operational data and reports.

*Controls the updating of the completed construction and monitors the payment. *Reports the completed construction.

*Organizes the storage of archives - certificates, acts 15, 16, 17 and 19.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONNECTIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS

* The employee is directly subordinated and receives daily/weekly tasks from the Project Manager and the Company Manager 

*Reports on a daily/weekly basis the results of the assigned tasks in writing to the Project Manager 

*Communicates with Employers, Partners, Design teams, Suppliers of materials, mechanization and equipment and Engineers, in order to optimize the work process 

Position Requirements

 *Higher or secondary technical education, or technical education (may be final year students) 

*Proficiency in English - MANDATORY 

*Proficiency in a second or more languages is considered an advantage 

*Excellent computer literacy - MS Office, AutoCad 

*Skills with office equipment and specialized software 

*Previous experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
