Construction Project Manager

Job description

 1. Prepares offers and organizes the construction, reconstruction, expansion and modernization of construction sites.

Job tasks and duties characterizing the job description:

 2. Monitors the compliance of the project documentation by the contractors (workers) and the correct performance of the construction and assembly works. 

3. Plans the quantities of building materials needed for construction and monitors their correct consumption on the site. 

4. Carries out the supply of the necessary materials, construction equipment and mechanization. 

5. Organizes and directly participates in the activity of concluding contracts with construction organizations - subcontractors, workers, etc. 

6. Controls the payment of the completed construction and installation activities. 

7. Performs the necessary activity of drawing up documentation regarding the handover and commissioning of the completed construction sites. 

8. If necessary, performs other tasks assigned in connection with the performance of the work. 

SUBMISSION, RELATIONSHIPS AND INTERACTIONS

To whom the position is subordinated: 

1. In his/her daily work, the employee is subordinate to the Manager of the Company. With which other positions in the company does he/she interact: 

2. During the execution of the work, interacts with engineers, construction workers, representatives of Employers, foremen, draftsmen, etc. With which other companies (or positions in them) is he connected: 

3. Liaises with representatives of companies-subcontractors, contractors, suppliers of materials, equipment and mechanization for construction and installation works, representatives of the technical services of the municipality, etc. How tasks are received and reported: 

4. Receives tasks from the Company Manager, on a daily or weekly basis 

5. Reports the completed tasks to the Company Manager, in writing with documents or by email, on a daily basis. 

Job Requirements:

 1. Achievements of the performer: 

A) Type and level of education: higher or secondary engineering or technical education. 

B) Work experience: - 3 years work experience in the specialty; - 3 years Total length of service. 

C) Special skills: 

- proficiency in English - Mandatory! 

- knowledge of second or more foreign languages will be considered an advantage

- computer literacy /AutoCad, Microsoft Office,/. - skills for working with office equipment and specialized software.

D) Behavioral characteristics: good communication skills, teamwork skills. 

2. Personal requirements for the contractor (mandatory and recommended): precise, organized, loyal. 

3. Basic legal acts that the person holding the position must know: 

- Labour Code; 

- Territorial planning law; 

- Rules for application of the Territorial Planning Law 

- rules for the internal work order; 

- rules for ensuring safe and healthy working conditions; 

- other internal acts of the enterprise.
